Upon graduation from Law School, Mike opened his own firm. Through his representation he has dealt with all aspects of business creation and continued legal obligations. He has dealt with complex business contracts.  Beyond dealing with the formation of corporation, he also assists in trademark issues. Mike is a member of the Florida Bar and is fluent in Greek.
 
Mike was a Law Clerk with Troutman & Sanders in Manhattan and researching contract claims. He has been representing many companies in the restaurant and entertainment industry.

After graduating Law School Jon began working at CNA Insurance in Maitland, Florida as an Associate Litigation Attorney defending ERISA disability and Life Insurance lawsuits. He gained extensive experience in the Federal Court system, and mediated many cases with Federal Judges and mediators.

Jon was asked to come back to the Law Office of John J. Pine in November 2003 as a Staff Attorney litigating Tort and Workers Compensation cases. Jon has conducted hundreds of depositions and mediations as well as negotiated numerous workers compensation and tort cases to settlement.  Jon handled personal injury cases, property damage cases, uninsured motorist claims and hurricane damages lawsuits. He was promoted to Senior Staff Attorney before leaving to partner with Mr. Ferderigos. Jon is admitted to the Florida Bar, The United States District Court for the Middle District and Northern District.
